Bigg Boss 15 November 15 written update: Shamita Shetty out of the house because of medical reasons

Day 43 in the Bigg Boss 15 house begins with Vishal Kotian stating that a female wild card entry will come in the house. He says that Jay Bhanushali and Shamita Shetty will try to break Nishant Bhat.

Shamita is heard crying after Salman Khan had announced that Raqesh Bapat will not come back to the house. She is hurt that he didn't even say bye to her. On the other hand, Vishal plans to take care of Shamita, especially since Raqesh isn't here. He later calls Raqesh 'saadhu aadmi' and says he was good for the game in terms of dependency. Vishal says his akka anna relation won't change but the game has a different space. Shamita cries and says she can't take the mind games anymore. She ends up laughing like crazy in the middle of crying.

Karan Kundrra says that if someone is with a bad person, it makes them bad. He then discusses about Vishal, who said, "Accha hai Raqesh nahi aa raha. Now I can control Shamita." Amused and shocked, Karan points out how Vishal is her brother. Nishant, on the other hand, confides in Neha Bhasin about Vishal.

Tejasswi Prakash talks to every VIP member except Vishal about the matter and how Karan is affected by it. The Kitni Mohabbat Hai actor says that it is very unethical and thus, he cannot play the game with that guy. He walks out of the conversation.

Tejasswi is scared about the difference of opinion between her and Karan. She says she won't take advantage of him.

Karan confronts Vishal about how he has been affected by the words. Vishal says that whatever problems took place, was from Shamita's side and she has apologized for it too. Vishal says that he was the first to pet her when Salman made the announcement. Vishal then turns around and says it was his 'masti' for saying such a thing. Tejasswi asks Karan to confront Shamita about what Vishal said.

Pratik Sehajpal gets homesick. Karan and Jay discuss their strategy ahead. The former then talks to Tejasswi about her changing stands and how he finds some stands very weird.

Vishal talks to Shamita about how she distances herself from him when someone new comes. She talks about how they all warned her and thus, she maintained her distance but later, felt like trusting him.

Umar Riaz and Vishal discuss how the non-VIPs don't have ration. Vishal jokes what if Anusha Dandekar comes in the house. Umar says that the fierce Tejasswi is lost because of Karan.

Neha asks Rajiv Adatia to be aware since both Umar and Tejasswi make fun of him. Rajiv then fights with Nishant.

Shamita is asked to get out of the house for medical reasons. Later, Rajiv asks Karan and Nishant if they are crazy for picking Vishal over him.

The VIPs start grooving, while making a track on the names of the contestants. Rajiv pleads to Bigg Boss to stop the VIP room and give the non-VIPs ration. He gets jealous as the VIPs get good food.

Nishant asks Simba Nagpal why he isn't emotional as a person. The former gets philosophical while explaining Nishant's behaviour. The choreographer wants Pratik to win the game and is okay even if he doesn't.

Day 44 begins with the contestants grooving to Rock N Roll Soniye. Pratik notices that the toiletries are missing. Vishal says all the ration is missing from the VIP room.

Tejasswi talks about the upcoming wild card contestant. Vishal and Tejasswi then say that Karan's ex's eyes were also blue-coloured. Nishant comes and declares that Karan's girlfriends' name is Shruti. Then, Tejasswi goes and gives Karan a hug.

Rajiv comes to fight with Nishant. Jay then comes and talks to the choreographer about the potatoes. Karan comes and explains to Nishant about what caused the reaction. Vishal, on the other hand, says that Rajiv dressed up and fought to get TRP.

Bigg Boss then announces that the VIPs have to take the responsibility of the household. With that, Umar's captaincy ends. The VIPs cannot do any household work.

The VIPs and non-VIPs themselves discuss separately who they want in which task. Rajiv and Simba get kitchen duties. Neha and Pratik get cleaning duty. Jay gets bathroom duty.

Tejasswi argues that people should get food on time which leads to an argument between her and Pratik and Rajiv. Pratik later refuses to wash personal vessels and clothes of the VIP contestants. As Nishant agrees to do his personal work, the other VIP members lose their calm. In the chaos, Tejasswi gives Karan a hug.

As the VIPs have an argument, Rajiv makes Jay hear their views. Nishant walks out as the argument continues. Karan goes behind him, while Tejasswi, Vishal and Umar continue their discussion. Nishant gets frustrated with Pratik and walks out in the middle of their discussion.

Pratik and Jay take a stand that they won't do personal work for the VIP members. Meanwhile, Karan tells the VIP members that they will only do their personal vessels and nothing else. Pratik, on the other hand, refuses to even clean the washroom for the VIPs. The episode ends on the contrasting views and opinions of the housemates.
