Bigg Boss 16 October 4 Written Update: Sajid Khan's stand-up act doesn't go well with Shalin Bhanot and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary

In the new episode, Sajid Khan, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Shalin Bhanot, Sreejita De, and Gautam Singh Vig appear in the Bigg Boss 16 Day Three teaser. An alert in the form of sirens awakens the contestants. The Bigg Boss theme song must be sung by the contestants.

Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary's efforts in the kitchen are discussed by Nimrit. Nimrit becomes anxious since she is with Sreejita. On the other hand, Priyanka talks to Ankit Gupta about Soundarya Sharma since she is worried about her. In the meantime, Abdu Rozik has a message for the cameras.

Archana Gautam and Manya Singh discuss their responsibilities. Archana claims she doesn't require assistance, while Manya refuses to assist her with her responsibilities. Manya, Shalin, and Sumbul talk about Archana and Manya going bonkers over their nominations.

The housemates and Soundarya talk about preparing breakfast. After eating a hot meal, Abdu and Shiv colour coordinated and had a lovely time. Manya is told by Shiv to work how she pleases. She is angry at Captain Nimrit and everyone else. Additionally, Soundarya, Gautam, and Nimrit discuss her. Manya believes that Sumbul dislikes her personally. Abdu is seen exercising. Shiv kisses him on the cheek. Sajid discusses Hasbulla of Abdu (Magomedov).

Nimrit is summoned to the confessional, where Bigg Boss talks about how Priyanka assisted Tina, Manya, and Soundarya in receiving their punishment. Priyanka steps in for Manya. In addition, Nimrit announces the presence of the other housemates. A new argument breaks out between Priyanka, Manya, and Nimrit.

Sajid Khan must deliver a stand-up routine. Manya and Archana talk about how Sumbul has been guiding Shalin along by holding her hand. The two can be seen making out. Manya thinks SidNaaz is what Shalin and Sumbul desire to be. Abdu swims away from all the commotion. Priyanka pursues him. She requests that Abdu come out so that Manya can be touched. Tina begs Abdu to take her out to supper shortly after.

Sajid Khan's stand-up routine starts. Ankit is the first person he roasts, followed by Abdu, Priyanka, Sumbul, Shiv, Archana, Sreejita, Shalin, Manya, Tina, MC Stan, Soundarya, Gori, Gautam, Nimrit, and finally himself. Soundarya, Tina, MC Stan, Ankit, Manya, Sumbul, Sreejita, Nimrit, Gori, Shiv, and Abdu all give him the thumbs up, but Shalin and Priyanka give him the opposite feedback.

The Bigg Boss makes the ration announcement. The ration needs to be distributed by Sajid in various rooms. The housemates are required to eat the provided ration. Shalin quickly loses his composure when Sajid clarifies his problems with him. For various reasons, Archana, Manya, and Soundarya are upset.

Nimrit and Sajid talk about rationing. Shalin will keep all the hens, and the two will keep the coffee. Sajid seemed concerned after making the choice. Immediately following their conversation about rations, Bigg Boss summons Sreejita, Shalin, and Gautam to the confessional. Shalin makes an attempt to debate Bigg Boss, who doesn't require any explanation. Shalin and Sreejita start arguing shortly after.

Next up is Priyanka-Ankit versus MC. Shiv versus Stan and Soundarya Sumbul offers to help Soundarya and sobs while she does so. Sajid and Priyanka provide Shiv with comfort as he breaks down as well. Later, Shalin shows up to discuss the problem with Soundarya and Sumbul with Shiv. Meanwhile, Gori and Stan are seen getting along.

Sajid and Soundarya joke about rations when talking about them. While Abdu plays with his teddy, Zuzu, Tina sings for him. A unique key is given to Nimrit by Bigg Boss. Soon after, Abdu and Gautam talk about stealing food supplies, and the latter cutely carries it out by snatching an egg. Later, Abdu sends a message wishing "good night." Manya informs Priyanka that Sajid is to blame for Shiv's transformation. MC Stan is determined to leave the show and has made his intentions clear.
