Bigg Boss 16 promo: Shiv Thakare ensures Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is the new captain, Tina Datta’s fury knows no bounds

Tina Datta has wanted to be the Bigg Boss 16 captain since a long time. She wanted it to be her birthday gift. However, thanks to Shiv Thakare, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is the next captain of the house.

His decision has left Tina furious like never before. Shiv picked Nimrit as the next captain of the house and Bigg Boss revealed it was a strategy.

On hearing so, Tina questioned Shiv. Nimrit defended him and asked Tina what’s wrong if Nimrit was his preference. This led to a loud argument between the two.

Tina thanked Bigg Boss for showing her the true picture as she walked into her room. However, the matter did not end there. Shiv rubbed salt on Tina’s wounds during the nominations task.

He told Tina that she is getting her birthday gift – of not being the next captain of the house. In a teasing tone, he also constantly called her ‘dear.’

Tina lost her mind on hearing the word. She asked Shiv to call his mother ‘dear’ and not use it on her.

Nimrit tried to stop Shiv, while Shalin stepped in for Tina. However, she ended up calling Shiv ‘claseless guy’ for his statements.

When Shalin tried to take her away, Tina said she isn’t afraid of the gang and then, the two walked away. It wasn’t a happy birthday for Tina indeed!
