Bigg Boss 16: Shalin Bhanot is playing as Tina Datta’s shadow, says Ankit Gupta

Shalin Bhanot was the most demanded contestant on Bigg Boss 16 during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Among the many statements, one made by Ankit Gupta left quite the mark. Ankit stated that Shalin is playing as Tina Datta’s shadow on the show.

Salman Khan had announced the eviction task. Every contestant had to take a name who they thought didn’t deserve the house. No guesses, Shalin’s name was everywhere.

Ankit sticked Shalin’s photo on a football and kicked it, as instructed in the task. Before doing so, he taunted Shalin.

“Shalin told me I was playing in Priyanka’s shadow. However, now he is seen playing in Tina’s shadow,” Ankit said before kicking the ball away.

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia was upset at Shalin for the way he behaved with her. “Everyone gets aggressive but he provokes in a way that could be below-the-belt. It was for me,” Nimrit shared as her reason.

Archana Gautam and MC Stan had a similar approach towards throwing Shalin out – straight-forward with no explanation.

Archana said, “Shalin doesn’t deserve the trophy. Bhaago yahan se.”

Meanwhile, Stan shared, “I want to send Shalin out. Time ho gaya. Bass ho gaya bhai.”

Shalin’s aggression has often been the talking point in the house. His tone with most contestants has left them furious. Thus, it is only a little surprising that Shalin was nominated for evictions.

No contestant was evicted from Salman Khan’s show this week. Thus, Shalin only received a mirror to what other people are thinking about him on the show.
