Bigg Boss 17: Despite chaos with Ayesha Khan-Mannara Chopra, Munawar Faruqui is undisputed BB King of the Week

The past few days, things have changed drastically for Bigg Boss 17 contestants Munawar Faruqui and Abhishek Kumar. The latter got out but has often been tagged as a hero. On the other hand, Munawar, who was called a hero, has faced turbulent waters in the recent past, courtesy wild card entrant Ayesha Khan. Despite it all, Munawar continues to be the undisputed BB King of the Week.

Munawar the only king for the longest time

There was only a brief moment where now evicted contestant Anurag Dobhal was announced BB king. Otherwise, Munawar has constantly got that title. Since the start of the season, week-after-week, Munawar has been called the king, with Anurag only getting the title twice during his stay on Salman Khan’s show.

Ayesha Khan’s entry and 360 for Munawar

Ayesha Khan entered Bigg Boss 17 and did Munawar’s character assassination. She had spoken about how Munawar was double dating her with Nazila Sitaishi and other girls too. Munawar had responded that it was during his breakup with Nazila and it was a weak moment. He had pretended that he’s in a relationship with Nazila and often, Munawar would say that he wants to go out and repair his relationship with his ex-girlfriend. Seeing this, the housemates and netizens also got against Munawar. They felt betrayed since he pretended to be in a happy relationship with Nazila while that wasn’t the case at all.

What happened with Mannara?

After Ayesha’s entry on the show, Munawar started dedicating all his time to Ayesha. This left his all-time friend Mannara Chopra upset. She hoped to talk to Munawar for at least five minutes and expressed hurt when he did not give her even that time. Munawar ignored her time-and-again and they even had many arguments during the time. It came to a point where Mannara started fighting Ayesha. However, since Ayesha’s re-entry, Ayesha and Mannara are seen bonding more than ever, while Munawar is being called out for many things even now. Despite it all, Munawar’s loyal fan following have shown him nothing but support throughout his journey.
