Bigg Boss 17: Karan Johar calls out Isha Malviya’s double standards with Munawar Faruqui-Ayesha Khan, reminds her of Samarth Jurel incident

Ever since Munawar Faruqui got stuck in trying to sort out the mess between him and Ayesha Khan on Bigg Boss 17, Isha Malviya has been trying to convince Mannara Chopra to stay away from him. She has gone off and badmouthed Munawar along with Mannara and Samarth Jurel. Karan Johar, who is the host over the Weekend Ka Vaar episode this week, called Isha out for her behaviour. He called out her ‘double standards’ with Munawar and Ayesha.

Isha called Munawar use-and-throw type

Karan made it clear about Isha’s views on Munawar and how he treats Ayesha. “You have said that Munawar has used and thrown many people in his life,” Karan told Ayesha. She agreed to listening on in Munawar and Ayesha’s conversation and clapping as they had an argument. Karan sarcastically told Isha that her excitement to know about Munawar and Ayesha has won her many fans.

Karan calls out Isha’s double standards

The host was then heard asking Isha if she forgot her own past. He was obviously referring to the time when Isha refused to accept Samarth as her boyfriend. In fact, Karan even spelled it out for her, of how she did not accept her own boyfriend on National Television and thus, judging how Munawar and Ayesha want to bond or not, is nothing but her double standards. “Isn’t this double standards, Isha? It is!,” Karan said, adding that if people behaved the way she did with Munawar and Ayesha, then she should have been called a big player for refusing to accept Samarth as her boyfriend.

What happened between Munawar-Ayesha and Isha-Samarth

Isha was in a fix when her boyfriend Samarth entered Bigg Boss 17, at a time when she was already in the house with her ex, Abhishek Kumar. Isha had refused to accept Samarth as her boyfriend and it took him telling her that he has sent proofs to Bigg Boss and Ankita Lokhande-Vicky Jain explaining that it is better if she accepts the relationship than Salman Khan coming to reveal the same, that Isha finally accepted Samarth as her boyfriend. It took almost half a day for Isha to accept Samarth as her boyfriend.

More recently, Ayesha Khan had entered the house and claimed that Munawar Faruqui was two-timing her with Nazila Sitaishi. Munawar had made his relationship with Nazila official after winning Lock Upp and while there were rumours about their breakup, neither of them had accepted the same till recently. In fact, Munawar pretended to be in a relationship with her even while he was inside the house. When Ayesha entered Bigg Boss 17 and demanded answers, Munawar calmly told her that he had broken up with Nazila fourth months before he met her but since he and Nazila could not completely part ways, they kept going back to each other. It was during the time, during his weak moment, that he met Ayesha and proposed to her. Currently, Munawar and Ayesha continue to spend time with one another on Bigg Boss 17 but claim there’s no love left between them.
