In the upcoming episode of Bigg Boss 17, filmmaker Karan Johar will grace the show as a host instead of Salman Khan. However, this change is only for a temporary amount of time. Reportedly, Salman is busy shooting for his films following which Karan has taken charge of the show. In the promo shared this morning, the national award-winning filmmaker slammed contestant Ankita Lokhande on the show for not keeping her word and actions are not in sync.

Karan Johar slams Ankita Lokhande

In the latest promo shared by Colors TV, Karan can be seen asking Ankita whether she took a step back (in the game) because Munawar Faruqui’s priority is Mannara Chopra right now. Hearing this, Ankita said, “Sir, meri problem yeh hai ki as a person, I am very emotional.”

Karan then roasted her statement by singing Hrithik Roshan’s popular song ‘Main aisa kyun hoon’ and saying, “Main aisi hee hoon. Main emotional hoon. Mujhe bura lagta hai toh main muh pe bol dungi – Yeh lines hum sirf sunte hai. Yeh aapke actions main dikhe nahi.” (I am like this. I am emotional. I feel bad. I can speak on the face. These ‘I’ sentences cannot be seen in reality.)

Ankita then stated to Karan Johar that she is a very “possessive person” and thus would not continue her friendship with Munawar if she finds no merit in it. Answering her back, Karan asked her to gather the courage to say this again as he doubted the Pavitra Rishta actress’ actions.

Ankita Lokhande fought with Munawar Faruqui over Mannara Chopra’s mug

In a recent video posted by Colors TV, celebrities Ankita Lokhande and Munawar Faruqui engage in a heated exchange over a mug, rumored to belong to Mannara Chopra. The promo captures Munawar questioning Ankita about whether she used Mannara's mug for tea. Ankita, however, brushes off Munawar's inquiry, choosing to interact with another participant on the show. Munawar, observing this, confronts Ankita, expressing, "I am saying something. You just cut me off."

The show can also be watched anytime on Jio Cinema.
