Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 6's fifth weekend episode saw contestants facing criticism for a number of incidents that occurred in the house. The popular reality show's host, Mohanlal, questioned them at the start of the show about their lack of concern for Sijo John, who was removed from the house because of a medical emergency.
Sreerekha was one of the very few contestants who acknowledged asking Bigg Boss about Sijo's current state. The others continued whispering to one another that they had asked each other, even though they were unwilling to admit that they did not want to know his condition.

BBMS6 - Sijo’s medical condition
Sijo was summoned to the stage by Mohanlal, who asked him to tell the contestants what had happened to him. The YouTuber disclosed that he had to have surgery after being struck in the face by Asi Rocky. He continued by saying that he needed rest and would not be able to eat solid food for a few days due to a plate and screws that had been implanted in the affected area.
After hearing all of this, the majority of the participants started breaking down. Sijo made it clear that he has no ill will towards anyone and has taken it in the spirit of the game. Mohanlal, meanwhile, claimed that emotional restraint is necessary because this is a psychological game. Despite provocation, contestants must always be able to regulate their emotions while in the house, he said.

BBMS6 – Asi Rocky and Sijo John’s heated argument
For those who do not know, Asi Rocky and Sijo John reportedly got into a furious argument at the house on Monday (March 25). Rocky, who had previously stated that he had trouble controlling his rage, viciously attacked Sijo, shocking both the other housemates and the audience.
Despite the YouTuber's decision to forgive the tattoo artist and Bigg Boss's lack of intention to provoke or file a complaint against him, Rocky was immediately expelled from the show.
