Back in 2021, Bigg Boss Hindi saw an OTT version, hosted by Karan Johar. There were various reports that the show is coming back this time, without Karan. However, now we hear that Bigg Boss OTT 2 is not up for 2022 release.

According to Tellychakkar, Bigg Boss OTT 2 has now been pushed to 2023. The show, which Divya Agarwal won, is likely to not stream this year, the portal reports.

The second season of Bigg Boss OTT is likely to stream in February or March of 2023. This means that the show will start streaming almost as instantly as Bigg Boss 16 ends.

Coming to Salman Khan’s show, there’s an update even there. Bigg Boss 16, which was reportedly postponed, might as well be on track.

The popular reality show is likely to go on floors in September. This means that the show will start airing in September end or first week of October.

Seeing the history of Bigg Boss Hindi, this show will last till New Year or even later. Thus, the viewers will just have a month’s breather before Bigg Boss OTT 2 starts streaming.

Honestly, this comes as unfortunate news because Bigg Boss OTT contestants often get a chance to be a part of Salman’s show. However, this time, it might be the other way round or that Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestants could participate in Bigg Boss 17.

Nonetheless, everyone will have to wait with bated breath to meet another contestant like Pratik Sehajpal, who wished to win Bigg Boss OTT but gave that up for Bigg Boss 15 and won even Salman’s heart on the show. He was the runner-up while Tejasswi Prakash took home the trophy of Bigg Boss 15. We guess the wait to meet someone new and as passionate just got a little longer.
