Bigg Boss OTT season 2: Will Anushka Sen be the first female contestant of the reality show?

Here's some good news for those who have been awaiting for the second season of Bigg Boss OTT! After delivering audiences with a load of entertainment with Bigg Boss OTT and Bigg Boss 15, the producers are now making gearing up for the digital version of the show's second season. Bigg Boss OTT was hosted by Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar in the debut season, who delivered the scorecard to the participants every weekend.

Bigg Boss OTT 2 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 immediately started creating excitement on the internet briefly after Kangana Ranaut's Lock Upp ended. While we now have a definite list of KKK 12 competitors, the producers of BB OTT 2 are currently finalising the lineup.

So far, a number of well-known industry representatives who are expected to appear in the digital version of Bigg Boss have been making the headlines. Some of them are Awez Darbar, Munawar Faruqui, Zaid Darbar, Baseer Ali and Kevin Almasifar. The top celebrities are reported to have been approached by the producers. However, they are yet to receive official confirmation. The public can also reportedly participate in the show, but it is yet to be confirmed, according to an article by Siasat.

According to a recent report in TellyChakkar, Bigg Boss producers have approached young TV starlet Anushka Sen for the show. Anushka is apparently considering it, and if all goes well, she would appear as a contestant in digital version of the controversial reality show.

Anushka Sen has a huge fan following on social media with 36.3 million Instagram followers. Last year, she also appeared in Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.

Meanwhile, the winner of the Bigg Boss OTT season 1 was actress and model Divya Agarwal. Pratik Sehajpal, Nishant Bhat, Shamita Shetty, and others were among the show's other contestants who later went on to be a part of Bigg Boss 15, hosted by Salman Khan.

The show's previous season's theme was matching up with a partner and playing the game. This time, the makers will have a unique theme for the contestants.
