On day 27 on Friday, Bigg Boss sends Amudhavanan to jail and releases Vikraman and Ram from the prison. Kamal Haasan enters the studio looking all dapper in a denim shirt and trousers. He asks the housemates about Manikandan's performance as house captain and many call him like Captain Cool. Vikraman, however says that he had been a bit partial towards some housemates and barring that drawback, he performed well. Shivin also states a similar point.
Kamal then asks Amudhavanan if he became a victim in the Nogama Nongu Thinnum Nabar task, and he says, "We usually ask Bigg Boss for a lot of things, but he doesn't give us. I jocularly told him that I would go to jail if he released my brother. But Bigg Boss put me behind bars. This show is truly about expecting the unexpected."
Kamal Haasan then reprimands the audience for not maintaining personal hygiene in the house. He rebukes them saying that their bedrooms are always dirty. When housemates tell him there is a shortage of space, he asks if they have enough space to sleep and why can't they make their own bed and wash their plates clean? He says that today we are battling potholes, drainage blocks etc because of the increase in the consumption of plastic. He advises housemates to not waste food and throw the food remnants in the waste bin.
When he asks housemates about the talent hunt task, Amudhavanan gets the most green badges for increasing the TRP and Vikraman, Myna and Nivashini get the red badges for the least TRP. Kamal Haasan says that he personally liked the skit of Myna and Manikandan, where they portrayed visually challenged people and the skit on manual scavenging performed by Vikraman, Amudhavanan and Rachita.
Kamal Haasan asks Dhanalakshmi to control her anger and take feedback in a positive manner. He then lauds the transformation of behaviour of Azeem and says that he is proud of himself. Vikraman and Azeem are saved.
