Brahmastra new poster: 'Love and light' Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are lost in each other's arms

Filmmaker Ayan Mukerji unveiled a new poster from his upcoming film Brahmastra that features Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor holding each other in the midst of a supernova light. The super-hero flick also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in major roles among others.

The poster showcases Alia and Ranbir standing in the middle of celestial lights closely holding each other. The latest image also has a song running in the background titled Kesariya, which marks the collaboration of music composer Pritam, lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya, and singer Arijit Singh in the soulful track.

Mukerji shared the latest poster through his IG handle. "‘Love is the Light!’ Part One: Shiva… is what this first chapter of Brahmāstra is now called. But for the longest time, it used to be… Part One: Love. Because at its core, Brahmāstra is about the Energy of Love. A Love - that spread like Fire, beyond the Movie, and into Life. So here it is, our Love Poster ! (sic)," a part of the heartwarming caption reads.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan makes a special appearance as Dr Aggarwal in the film, produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

Apart from Alia, Ranbir, Big B, Mouni and Nagarjuna, Brahmastra also has Dimple Kapadia, Gurfateh Singh Pirzada, Divyendu Sharma, Dhruv Sehgal and Saurav Gurjar in supporting roles. The highly anticipated movie is set to hit the silver screens on September 9, 2022, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
