Bramayugam soundtrack gets a release date; Mammootty drops a major update

Mammootty is joining hands with young filmmaker Rahul Sadasivan for his next Malayalam project, Bramayugam. The megastar is set to play a never-seen-before character in the movie, which is touted to be an out-and-out horror thriller. The highly anticipated project has been garnering the attention of the Malayalam cinema audiences, with its highly promising posters, and the recently released stunning teaser.

The Bramayugam team is reportedly planning a unique promotional campaign for the film, which is reportedly slated to hit the screens in February. Recently, leading man Mammootty too k to his social media handles and revealed the release date of the film’s original soundtrack.

Bramayugam soundtrack release date is out

The veteran actor took to his official handles today and revealed a brand-new poster of Bramayugam, along with a major update on the film’s soundtrack. The makers of the horror thriller decided to not opt for the conventional way of releasing singles one by one, for the film. Instead, the makers of Bramayugam have decided to drop the entire original soundtrack of the much-awaited film tomorrow (January 26, 2024).

“#Bramayugam Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (Malayalam) will be available to stream on all platforms from 5 PM tomorrow!," wrote Mammootty, who shared the new update on his social media handles. Along with the eerie poster featuring himself and Arjun Ashokan, the megastar also shared the exciting track list of the movie.

It has been confirmed that the Rahul Sadasivan directorial will have six original tracks, named Kunjamon Potti, Poomani Malika, Thambaye, Aadithyan Illathe, The Beginning, and The Age Of Madness. The original soundtrack list suggests that something exciting is in store for the Malayalam audiences. Din Nath Puthanchery and Ammu Maria Alex have penned lyrics for the tracks, which are composed by Christo Xavier, Atheena, and Sayanth S.

Bramayugam – Here’s what we know

As per the reports, Mammootty is playing a full-fledged negative role in Bramayugam, which stars Arjun Ashokan as the protagonist. Sidharth Bharathan, Amalda Liz, and Manikandan R Achari, in the pivotal roles. Shehnad Jalal is the director of photography. Shafique Mohammed Ali handles the editing. The horror thriller, which is produced by Night Shift Studios and Y Not Studios, is expected to hit the theatres on February 15, 2024.
