The lovable bromance of everyone's favourite bros will grace our screens yet again as Brochara’s second season has finally got a release date. The trailer for the new season will be unveiled tomorrow.

The makers made the announcement recently and also unveiled a new poster of the show. In the poster, viewers can catch the beloved ‘bros’ sharing laughs and nurse drinks. But surprisingly, the poster does not feature Dhruv Sehgal’s character, who had a pivotal role last season. The second season will premiere on Voot on April 18, 2022.

Check out the new poster below:

Although Sehgal is absent from the new poster, he is expected to reprise his role in the show’s second season. In conversation with IANS, the Little Things star opened up about working on the show’s new season, saying how ‘fun’ it was to shoot with ‘the boys’. He felt that acting out the ‘bromance’ on the show had made him and his co-stars develop a similar bond off-screen as well. “The rapport that the four of us share behind the scenes is unbeatable and I look forward to working with them in the future as well," said Sehgal.

The show’s second season will also feature Amey Wagh, Ankur Rathee, Varun Tewari and Sayandeep Sengupta.

Hoping that the show’s second season is as loved as its first, Wagh talked about how much he had enjoyed essaying the role of ‘Kanan’ on the show. “Although bromance as the crux of a show is not an uncharted terrain, the show portrays it in a new light altogether, which makes it special for me,” he added.

Brochara revolves around the story of four friends, Dhiren, Kanan, Shivashish and Pranay, and follows the quirky bunch as they try to navigate their lives and relationships. The Dice Media series is directed by Simarpreet Singh and produced by Viacom18.
