Broken But Beautiful 3’s latest teaser shows Rumi and Agastya’s love-hate relationship

The makers of Broken But Beautiful 3 offered glimpses of Sonia Rathee’s Rumi in the latest character teaser from the show, which is set to drop on ALT Balaji and MX Player on May 29.

The video introduces Rumi, an aspiring actress and a rich brat who seems to be in a relationship with another man but “uses” Sidharth Shukla’s Agastya to get to her goals.

The teaser also gives the audience glimpses into the dynamics she shares with each of the other characters. The most intriguing one being between Rumi and theatre director Agastya, who apparently shares a love-hate relationship. While in one scene he urges her to outdo herself, the teaser also shows the duo having a spat and Rumi saying, “I’m a warrior, I’ll get back what is mine.”

Earlier this week, ALT Balaji had released two other videos. The first one featured comedian and poet Priya Malik narrating the story of Agastya and Rumi’s relationship. She talked about the phases of the lives of the duo and compared them with prayer, respect, passion, life and death.

The second video introduced Agastya as an arrogant and moody director, who is referred to as the “angry young man of theatre”.
