Cinematographer Garudavega Anji is making a wholehearted attempt to turn a filmmaker with his upcoming projects. Two of his directorials are awaiting release, namely Bujji Ilaa Raa and 10th Class Diaries. While Bujji Ilaa Raa is a hard-hitting crime drama, 10th Class Diaries is a nostalgic romance revolving around a reunion, on the lines of 96. Bujji Ilaa Raa is a project supervised by noted filmmaker G Nageswara Reddy, who has also penned the story and screenplay as well. Sunil, Dhanraj, Chandini Tamilarasan play lead roles in the film.
A new theme song from Bujji Ilaa Raa, Manishevvadu, was unveiled by filmmakers Harish Shankar, Sukumar recently. The number lyricised by Bhaskarabhatla Ravi Kumar is sung by Ritesh G Rao, Saatvik G Rao and Jayaram. Noted composer Sai Kartheek is the music director of Bujji Ilaa Raa. Manishevvadu, the song, takes you through the dark corners of the society and tells how an animal is lurking inside every human out there. The song is written from the perspective of the film's lead actors, Sunil and Dhanraj, who are cast as police officers.
"Budi Budi Adugulestunna Balyam, Evariki Yem Chestunna Droham.. Chirunavvulni Raakasi Bootham..Chidimestunte Ententa Ghoram," the song starts by addressing a menace like child trafficking and suggests that every one is baying for blood in the society, there are only animals around us. There are a few moments in the song that focus on the happy moments that Sunil and Dhanraj spend with their families and later shifts its focus towards their unexpected clash.
Posani Krishna Murali, Srikanth Ayyingar too play important roles in the film. Bujji Ilaa Raa is edited by Chota K Prasad and cinematographed by Garudavega Anji. Agraharam Nagi Reddy and Sanjeeva Reddy are bankrolling the cop drama under SNS Creations. Rupa Jagadeesh is the presenter.
