CID fans hope to see Abhijeet and Dr Tarika married as she rejoins the show

Another day, new CID madness. While fans of the show have not been able to wrap their heads over everything that unfolded with Parth Samthaan's exit from the show as ACP Ayushmann and all the events that followed, Dr. Tarika made her return to the TV show. Nonetheless, fans absolutely dig her chemistry with Abhijeet, played by Aditya Srivastav, till date. Now, they want to see the two married.

Dr Tarika is back on CID!

Shraddha Musale is back on CID as Dr. Tarika. She would return with the next episode. A recently released promo teased the same, with Abhijeet suggesting her name to be able to handle the pressure. He further confronts her and asks her why is she angry, only to be asked if he ever understood how she feels.

Other shocking twists on CID recently

Before Dr. Tarika, Inspector Shreya, played by Janvi Chheda, returned to CID. Dayanand Shetty's Daya was left shocked on seeing her return to the team. However, she was just the start of CID reunion, especially after the story took a dark turn.

Parth Samthaan's exit from CID was not alone. Not ACP Pradhyuman aka Shivaji Satam but Narendra Gupta's Dr. Salunkhe also quit the show in a shocking twist. He was denounced as a traitor and with it, the actor marked his exit with CID, at least for now. After the disappointing turn, CID fans are hopeful once again with Dr. Tarika and Inspector Shreya's return to the iconic TV show.

The battle of ACPs

ACP Pradhyuman, played by Shivaji Satam, was on a brief leave from the show. However, he returned and Parth Samthaan, who joined the gang as ACP Ayushmann recently, had to mark his exit from the show. He celebrated the exit with the whole team of CID, including Shivaji Satam, and left on a high note. Looks like fans can finally move on from that moment and start afresh, unfortunately this time without Dr. Salunkhe (at least for now).
