Cinderella on Amazon Prime Video, starring Camila Cabello has been the talk of the tinsel town ever since its announcement and release. The film is a modern take on a decades-old folk tale, which has changed the vision of the world towards helpless Cinderella. Camila, as the new Disney beauty, is seen taking charge of her life in her own hands.

Meanwhile, post-release of the film, Amazon has recently conducted a social experiment, where women were asked about their opinion of Cinderella. Almost all of them replied with stereotypical answers. One of them said when she hears Cinderella, she thinks of a fair and tall girl, while the other replied, “I think she wears big gowns and she has big blue eyes.”

Other respondents said they remember Cinderella as a cute and beautiful girl who was tortured by her stepmother.

Meanwhile, a young girl also said that we shouldn’t be talking about only her beauty but her individuality as well. Most women also shared their thoughts in the vein and said that like new Cinderella, women today know the importance of not giving up on their dreams and living life independently.

Meanwhile, last month Camila shared a powerful post through her Instagram handle by quoting that it’s a new kind of a fairy tale and indeed it is. The earlier post reads, “it’s time for a new kind of fairy tale, the one we write for ourselves. I can’t wait for you all to see the movie and hear the songs!!! (sic).”
