The much-awaited official trailer of Cirkus is finally out. The Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde, and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer is all set to hit cinemas during Christmas. At the recent trailer launch event, the Bollywood star was seen as overwhelmed when got compared with Shah Rukh Khan.

During the event, Ranveer was asked what are his thoughts on being compared with SRK as the latter started his journey with a show named Circus. The Simba actor gets overwhelmed and replies, "Just want to earn love and give love to the people like him. I could do even the least of what he has done then my life would be fulfilled."

 Meanwhile, the latest trailer video begins with introducing one character of Ranveer as the electric man, who performs in his Cirkus with huge electric wires. The colourful and electrifying visuals showcase in the montage is definitely eye-catching. The trailer also unveils that the story is a period drama, where every clip, people's attires, houses, cars and more give retro vibes.

Rohit Shetty's film definitely seems promising as well as packed with fun and laughter.

Ranveer took to his official Instagram handle, shared the trailer and called it Rohit Shetty's comedy-verse. The full post reads, "WELCOME TO ROHIT SHETTY’S COMEDY-VERSE !!! Trailer out now! #CirkusThisChristmas (sic)."

Backed under the banner of T-Series Films, Reliance Entertainment and Rohit Shetty Picturez, the period comedy-drama movie also has Johnny Lever, Varun Sharma, Mukesh Tiwari, Vrajesh Hirjee, Ashwini Kalsekar, Murali Sharma, Tiku Talsania, Vijay Patkar, Sulbha Arya, Brijendra Kala, Anil Charanjeett, Abhinay Raj Singh, Sulabha Arya, Raaj Vishwakarma and Garima Agarwal in key roles.

Cirkus is slated to hit the theatres on December 23.
