Citadel star Samantha's latest social media post leaves fans concerned

Actress Samantha is back on social media after a digital detox of nearly three months! Though fans are exhilarated that their favourite matinee idol is back online, however, her comeback post on social media has got her fans worried. The actress shared a picture of herself in which she is donning a T-shirt with the quote,“You will never walk alone." She captioned it, "In case you needed to hear this as well...YOU’LL NEVER WALK ALONE."

It was not long ago that the Yashoda star had made another cryptic post which read, “Down not out !!” It was the time when rumours did the rounds that the actress was suffering from a rare skin condition and that it was cited as the reason for her travel to the US and avoiding public appearances. Though the actress herself didn't clarify on the comments, her manager rubbished the same rumors and stated that the actress was in the US to prepare for her upcoming web series Citadel. We hear that the actress is undergoing some intense physical training for the Indian version of the Russo Brothers series.

The actress is awaiting the release of her science fiction thriller written and directed by Hari-Harish. The film stars Samantha along with Unni Mukundan and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. She will also be seen in the mythological drama Shaakuntalam, which will be written and directed by Gunasekhar. The film is based on the popular play by Kalidasa. It features Samantha in the titular role and Dev Mohan as Dushyanta, the king of Puru dynasty. Samantha was last seen in the Tamil film Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, in which she starred along with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. Though the film went on to receive mixed reviews, it went on to become a box office hit. Samantha's character Khatija was a rage among fans.
