CONFIRMED: Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma's Jogira Sara Ra Ra will have a theatrical release

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the most celebrated actors in Bollywood. The talented actor is getting ready to star in his next film, Jogira Sara Ra Ra. Despite earlier speculation that the film would be released in an OTT format, it is now ready for theatrical release.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be seen sharing the screen space with Tum Bin 2 actor Neha Sharma for the first time. The film is set against the backdrop of Lucknow and Varanasi. The comedy-drama is directed by Kushan Nandy and produced by Naeem A Siddiqui.

The whole team has worked hard on it, and they all believe they have achieved what they set out to do. The makers stated that it is "a fun-filled experience that can be watched on a big screen with friends and family." The makers also established that the movie would be released in theaters instead of on an OTT platform. The creators said that the film was shot during the COVID-19 pandemic. But the project is now reported to be in post-production and the makers will soon announce the release date.

Nawazuddin was most recently seen in Heropanti 2 as the leading man alongside Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. The Ahmed Khan-directed movie went on to become a box office failure. Apart from Jogira Sara Ra Ra, Nawazuddin will next feature in Tiku Weds Sheru with Avneet Kaur, Noorani Chehra, Adbhut, Sangeen, and Afwaah.

Neha was last seen in the second season of Voot Select’s original, Illegal: Justice Out of Order. The legal thriller was directed by Sahir Raza and also featured Akshay Oberoi, Kubbra Sait, Piyush Mishra, and Satyadeep Mishra, among others. In a semi-biographical OTT web series, Neha will be seen next in Shining with the Sharmas. The special will feature Neha Sharma along with her sister Aisha Sharm and will be available to stream on SocialSwag World.
