Goli Maar Bheje Mein is an iconic song that many were excited to hear again after ages. Originally from the film Satya, Sohum Shah's Crazxy brought the once anthem back, so automatically, the hopes were up. It so happens that this track is nothing but a buzzkill when it comes to Crazxy. Here, give it a listen...
There is just Sohum Shah everywhere when it comes to the Goli Maar Bheje Mein reprised version in Crazxy. This one even begins with a signboard dedicated to Sohum Shah. There's no vibe and all that the actor does is scream, "Meri film hai, main dance karunga," once to give us bizarre steps with no proper or good music. This is very much unlike the original, and goes against the whole idea of Goli Maar Bheje Mein.

Sohum Shah can smile, shake a leg or do his little antics but there is no saving the tragedy that Crazxy song Goli Maar Bheje Mein is. Yes, even Ila Arun cannot save this mess.
The only respite you will find is going back to the original song because the reprised version is filled with disappointment. From adding a female dancer just for the sake of it to Sohum Shah's extreme level self-obsession, the new version is a buzzkill. The original, on the other hand, sees Manoj Bajpayee and his gangster gang enjoying their drinks. That is where the song fits like a glove. Saurabh Shukla and Manoj Bajpayee's entertaining dance steps and facial expressions made the song iconic. Shukla, in particular, serving as scapegoat for his drunkard gang’s bullying tactics, left the viewers (men in particular) excited. The original track encouraged partying and living life to the fullest rather than using your brains for every step in life. It is a song that people needed even today, but got served disappointment instead.
