Dasvi: Yami Gautam sports a pretty yellow dress for the success party of her film, see photo

Dasvi starring Abhishek Bachchan and Yami Gautam released on Netflix and JioCinema on April 7. The Bollywood diva has now shared a photo wearing a pretty yellow dress as she gears up for the success party of her latest film. 

Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a photo on her official Instagram handle in the yellow dress with the caption, “For #Dasvi success party (sic)”. The actor sports a big smile in the photo.

The actor has now become a part of two back to back successful OTT releases. A Thursday with Yami in the lead hit Disney+ Hotstar on February 17. The actor received high praise for the movie and followed it up with Dasvi, going from a teacher taking students hostage to an IPS officer with a Haryanvi accent. This was also the first time the actor has played a cop on screen. 

Written by Ritesh Shah, Suresh Nair and Sandeep Laeyzell, Dasvi is helmed by Tushar Jalota. The movie, which stars Bachchan in the lead, also features Nimrat Kaur, Manu Rishi, and Sachin Shroff among others in important roles. The movie has received mixed reviews following its release.

Backed by Dinesh Vijan under his banner Maddock Films in collaboration with Jio Studios and Bake My Cake Films, the movie is available to stream on Netflix and JioCinema. 

Yami is currently working on Anirudhh Roy Choudhary’s Lost as well as OMG 2 starring Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathy in the lead.
