Deadpool 3 is the only Marvel Cinematic Universe film to hit the big screen in 2024

The anticipation for Deadpool 3 increased ten folds higher when the studio announced that it would be the only film to release from the MCU mill in 2024. The confidence that the studio has in the Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer has made the audience curious as to what the makers are shaping. The promotional content so far has been pretty fun and completely rewarding for the viewers. However, the expectations were that a teaser trailer would hit the shores this Christmas. But that is not happening it seems.
About the Deadpool 3 Teaser Trailer?
For the unversed, the Holiday season is when the studios churn out major promotional content for big tentpole films and that is a very lucrative window indeed. Even Ryan Reynolds has a history of sharing interesting things about his films in this window. However, seems like nothing about Deadpool 3 or the Untitled Deadpool Movie will be released this Christmas holidays and the studio has a later date for the same.
When Will It Release?
As per a scooper who goes by the handle @Cryptic4KQual, the Deadpool 3 teaser trailer will not hit the shores this Christmas. But the Studio is planning to release it during Super Bowl LVlll in February 2024. Yes, you read that right. The studio is indeed dropping the first teaser trailer five months before the release of the movie.
The scooper has also given a short synopsis that is viral on the internet right now. The post reads, “This is a temporary short synopsis for DP3. Our lovable and annoying chatterbox, Deadpool, is joined by Wolverine as both characters step into the MCU for the first time. #Deadpool3.” While it is not giving out much, a more fleshed-out synopsis may come out of the Marvel mill soon.
Meanwhile, Deadpool 3, or the Untitled Deadpool Movie is a proper event film that marks Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s Marvel Cinematic Universe debut as Deadpool and Wolverine. Both the actors will reprise their superheroes from the Fox timeline. There are rumors about a whole lot of characters and actors joining the two.
