Asmita goes out in search of a new job while Abhimanyu cracks deals with her former organization. Will she succeed?

Review:

Episode 11 of Dear Ishq commences where episode 10 ended. The dream is definitely not the best. Of course, it is time for the glimpses of Mumbai to make a comeback. So, here they are, back in this episode.

Sehban Azim as Abhimanyu Razdan is the same as always. He is childish and arrogant. Him testing Asmita is prime male sigma personality.

Niyati Fatnani, on the other hand, in the role of Asmita Roy, is cute this time. Her acting goes from adorable to dramatic in the blink of an eye.

Kishwer Merchant as Maya is good this time. She is in a brief role but does perform well.

The random close-ups paired with dramatic music are back too. We’re still wondering why.

The ways in which the makers bring the couple together is hilarious. The drama isn’t cool but how they end up meeting again-and-again is what makes for a scene, in all senses of the word.

The music just doesn’t help the scenes and ends up making them overdramatic for no reason. There are times when you cannot hear dialogues thanks to the loud music that hits your ears.

There’s a special surprise in this episode. That is sure to make every 90s kid happy.

The funny bits of Dear Ishq are back. Of course, with that, the co-incidences are back too. Typically, it is all the things Dear Ishq have been so far.

Verdict:

Dear Ishq gets only slightly interesting. That too is because our male lead shows prime male sigma behaviour, which is not very impressive for the series.
