Story:

Asmita Roy has to decide whether she will edit Abhimanyu Razdan's novel. She takes a decision this time.

Review:

Dear Ishq's new episodes are definitely a treat to watch (sense the sarcasm). The story does not continue from the previous ones, you have no idea why the characters are behaving in a certain way but end up watching them anyway. Yawn, yawn and literal yawn.

Abhimanyu Razdan's food habits are back. Sehban Azim almost nails it. He has toned down his arrogant self and honestly, you will miss that in the episode.

This time, Kishwer Merchant's Maya takes the lead. She's just fair in her acting.

Weird things happen around Niyati Fatnani's Asmita Roy. Her character buildup is beyond confusing this time around. Of course, when it comes to weird, how can rains not be a part of that?

Abhimanyu's obsession for Asmita is a little too much. He finds her in parties apart from signing deals for her sake.

The drama is back and how! Dialogues echoing thrice, cameras rolling and people stopping the party because of one person is just another day in the life of Dear Ishq.

Everything from there spirals and is a drag. Better things are awaited.

Verdict:

By now, everybody would have accepted that drama and Dear Ishq go hand-in-hand. There's just so much of that happening in this episode that you cannot focus on anything else even if you try to. So for those who like Indian dramas, this one is the best this season can probably offer.
