Deepika Padukone is '#1 in every way' for Sara Ali Khan; their photo goes viral

On Friday, Sara Ali Khan posted a picture of herself with Deepika Padukone and said that she was "number one in every way." Sara posted a photo on her Instagram story where she was seen cuddling Deepika behind her back.

She captioned the picture, "You're just #1 in every way." The Bajirao Mastani actor was wearing a stunning red saree, while the Atrangi Re actor was wearing an off-white gharara.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's engagement party was held at Antilia on Thursday night, and Sara and Deepika were seen there. The Kedarnath actor released the image, and it quickly went viral on social media.

Speaking of work, Deepika will next be seen alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham in the soon-to-be-released action thriller Pathaan, directed by Siddharth Anand. The movie is scheduled to premiere on January 25, 2023. She will also appear in The Intern with actor Amitabh Bachchan and in the pan-Indian film Project K with actor Prabhas, which also stars Big B in a pivotal role.

In contrast, Sara will next be seen in Vicky Kaushal and filmmaker Laxman Utekar's untitled romantic drama movie. She will play a courageous freedom warrior in Karan Johar's upcoming film, Ae Watan Mere Watan, which is a fictional story set against the backdrop of the Quit India Movement in 1942. She also has Gaslight, starring Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh.

A new thriller drama written by Darab Farooqui and Kannan Iyer is based on real events. The movie will only be available on Amazon Prime Video's over-the-top service when it first comes out. She will also appear in the next Metro... In Dino, an anthology film from filmmaker Anurag Basu. Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Konkana Sen Sharma, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Ali Fazal are some of the actors who appear in the film.
