Deepika Padukone promotes Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani; Karan Johar responds, ‘Can’t wait for you to watch the film’

A tale like no other! Today, the makers of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani dropped the trailer of the upcoming romantic drama that has garnered over 6 million views in just six hours. The upcoming movie features superstars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in pivotal roles.

With the trailer, it is evident that Alia and Ranveer play each other’s love interest in the movie. Not only this, but the trailer also features how they get embroiled in a family drama, thereby making their dream of being married to each other fragmented.

On Instagram today, several Bollywood superstars hailed the trailer of the movie including Deepika Padukone. Interestingly, Deepika’s real-life husband, Ranveer Singh plays a pivotal role in the film.

Deepika attached the trailer video on her Instagram Story today. Clearly, she promoted the trailer of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani with full zest and energy. Responding to this Story, filmmaker Karan Johar, who has directed this upcoming movie, said to Deepika: “Can’t wait for you to see it.”

In case you are not a Bollywood fan, you might need to know that Alia Bhatt is married to Deepika Padukone’s ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. Seeing Alia Bhatt romancing Ranveer Singh (Deepika’s husband) on the big screen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani has surely sparked conversations on social media.

Also, historically-yet-surprisingly speaking, Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh had also shared screen space in 2019 film, Gully Boy as well. This film had become a blockbuster at the box office.
