Diganth has been doing a wide variety of interesting films in recent times. The titles of the films he has chosen to be a part of should be indication of how varied they all are. For instance, there’s Kshamisi Nimma Katheyalli Hanavilla, Huttu Habbada Shubhashayagalu, Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana, apart from Gaalipata 2 and Thimayya and Thimmayya. And now, he has signed up for yet another intriguing subject. Called Trin Trin, this film explores time travel and parallel universes and has Diganth sharing screen space with Tarun Chandra. For Love Guru fame Tarun, Trin Trin, directed by debutant Anand, is a comeback of sorts to Kannada cinema. The actor was last seen in the film Goa.

Trin Trin, meanwhile, is a subject that explores time travel and parallel universes, which, director Anand says has been inspired by Korean cinema in the genre. The film, which will take off some time in January next year, will also touch upon the paranormal and thriller elements. Although Trin Trin is Anand’s directorial debut, he has been associated with showbiz earlier, producing non-fiction shows for several general entertainment channels. He has also directed a few music videos prior to this. Trin Trin will be backed by Kamar of Kamar Factory, who has associated with Anand on Box Cricket League and Indian Bowling League, which had various Kannada actors as a part of it.

The film is currently in pre-production, with composer Anand Raja Vikram working on the music. Cinematography will be by HC Venu. The team is currently on location recce. More details, including about the leading lady and other cast members, are likely to emerge closer to when they go on floors.
