Dil Pasand teaser: Darling Krishna in the case of a ‘lost’ item and two ladies

Director Shiva Tejas’ return to the romantic comedy genre, Dil Pasand, has Darling Krishna, Nishvika Naidu and Megha Shetty in lead roles. Today, on the occasion of the leading man’s birthday, the team unveiled a teaser that will give audiences an idea about what to expect.

The teaser has Krishna’s character waking up to find out that he’s spent the night with a girl, played by Nishvika. While they are both not sure if something’s happening between them, they lament having ‘lost everything’, with Krishna’s character even wondering how he’ll face his mother. And just then, he receives a call from another girl, played by Megha Shetty, wondering if he’s lost something and that he’s not to worry, as she’s kept a fast to help him get it back.

During the title launch of Dil Pasand last year, Krishna had said, “The first thing that struck me about Shiva Tejas’ script narration was how it had me smiling throughout – from start to end. I found the story cute and extremely entertaining. Every scene will be full of fun. For me, films have to either make me laugh or cry. Dil Pasand is a feel-good happy romantic comedy film that will have you smile/laugh all the time.” While Nishvika plays a spoilt rich brat in the film, Megha’s character is cute and traditional. Dil Pasand also stars Rangayana Raghu, Sadhu Kokila, Tabla Nani, Aruna Balraj and Giri Shivanna, among others, on the cast, while Arjun Janya is onboard for the music.

While Krishna has a bunch of films lined up for release in the coming months, Nishvika, who was last seen in the Ganesh starrer Sakath, has Guru Shishyaru and Gaalipata 2, while Megha is awaiting her debut film, Tribble Riding, which is with Ganesh. Director Shiva Tejas has been posting images from the set of the film’s song shoots on social media, so, it looks like he’s finished the talkie portions already.
