Anupama Parameswaran will be working for the first time with Pradeep Ranganathan in Dragon.

We had earlier reported that actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan will be starring in an upcoming film titled Dragon. It will be helmed by his long-time friend and filmmaker Ashwath Marimuthu. Now in the latest, as per a clip from the shooting spot going viral on social media, the female lead of Dragon has been revealed. Read further to know who is the heroine.
As per a new viral video taken from the shooting spot, it has been revealed that Anupama Parameswaran will be playing the female lead in Dragon. It will be her first collaboration with both Pradeep and the film's director Ashwath Marimuthu who has previously helmed Oh My Kadavule. The clip shows the filming of a song sequence involving Pradeep and Anupama. However, an official announcement on Anupama's casting is yet to be announced by the makers.
Production house AGS Entertainment, which is currently backing the much-expected Vijay-starrer The GOAT, is bankrolling Dragon. Archana Kalpathi serves as the creative producer of the film. It will be produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi Ganesh and Kalpathi Suresh. Leon James will score the music for the film, which will be edited by Pradeep E Ragav. Niketh Bommi will crank the camera.

Anupama is also working on director Mari Selvaraj’s Bison. The film features Dhruv Vikram in the lead role and will be a sports drama based on kabaddi. The film recently finished shooting the first schedule.
Meanwhile, Anupama who was last seen in Tamil in Jayam Ravi-starrer Siren, is also working on multiple projects across languages. She has a film titled Lockdown, backed by Lyca Productions, with the release date yet to be announced. The Tamil film will be written and directed by AR Jeeva.
The actor has an upcoming film titled Paradha in Telugu. It will be directed by filmmaker Praveen Kandregula and will also feature actors Darshana Rajendran and Sangitha Krish in pivotal roles. The release dates for all these films are yet to be revealed.
