Dugga Dugga: Badsha Maitra and Amrita Chatterjee to work on a new web series

It has been almost two months since Durga Puja. How does it feel if the Puja atmosphere comes to the city in December? Director Jeet Chakraborty made this happen by creating a six-episode web series Dugga Dugga. 

Badsha Maitra, Amrita Chatterjee, Maina Mukherjee, and Fahim Sheikh will play important roles in the series. It tells the story of a father and a daughter. Anamika studies abroad while her father, after losing his wife, is lonely in Kolkata. Anamika returns to Kolkata after hearing about her father's illness. The story goes on what the course of the lives of Anamika and her father Abani's life will be. 

Amrita will play Badsha's daughter. She told Anandabazar Online, “I never got such a character. Nowadays, many projects are made about thrillers and supernaturals. People always love a relationship story. There are many shades in Anamika's character and hence I liked it.” 

Amrita has several films and web series in her bag. But she can't talk about them right now. She is waiting for the right time.
