Kannada filmmaker Hari Santhosh, best known for his films like Alemaari, College Kumar, Bicchugatti, Bytwo Love, among others, is currently busy with not one, but two projects. As we’d told you earlier, the director is set to make his Bollywood debut with a film called Puppy Love, starring Tanuj Virwani, with Aashram actress Tridha Choudhury and Inside Edge and London Files fame Sapna Pabbi in the lead. Produced by Krishna Chaitanya, in association with Vipul Sharma of UK-based Blue Bling Productions, Puppy Love will have cinematography by Rajaram Rajendran and music by Nakul Abhyankar. The film, we hear, is an intense love story and will be shot entirely in London.

Hari, we now hear, is looking at multi-tasking in London. The filmmaker is making a Kannada film alongside Puppy Love. To be produced by Karva and Dia-maker D Krishna Chaitanya, the film will have popular Kannada RJ-actor-filmmaker Rohitt in the lead. Tomorrow, on the auspicious occasion of the Varamahalakshmi festival, at noon, the team will announce the title and the cast and crew of the film. Hari, who is currently in Mumbai, conducting workshops for the cast of his Hindi film, will head to London next week.

Rohitt, who was last seen onscreen in a cameo in Shiva Rajkumar’s Rustum, is awaiting the release of his directorial debut, Rowdy Fello. The film, in which Rohitt plays the lead, pairs him with Vidya Pradeep and has Saikumar and Urvashi in pivotal roles. Meanwhile, Rohitt has also announced his next directorial, a sci-fi film called GOAT that will also be shot in London. The actor-filmmaker is looking at going on floors with his new film as soon as he finishes Hari’s project. Once he’s back from London, he will plan the release of Rowdy Fello.
