Tripling 3 has released on Zee5 and has been loved by one-and-all. Actor-writer Sumeet Vyas has spoken about reviews for the show to OTTplay exclusively. The actor confirms that reviews do affect him.
For the uninitiated, Sumeet has also penned Tripling 3 and thus, the reviews would affect him even more. It would have affected him negatively but thankfully, since everyone is liking the show, that is not the case.
In case Tripling 3 received bashing, Sumeet would have been affected. He accepts. “Generally speaking, I'd be superhuman if they don't affect me, but I take it with a pinch of salt. That’s part and parcel of what we do.”
Sumeet is well aware that some people might like some shows and others wouldn’t and Tripling 3 would not be an exception to that. Thus, to the negative reviews, he believes, “We are making shows for people, some are going to like it, some are not. If more people like it and a few don't then it's fine but if more people are not liking it and less people are liking it that means you need to work harder and maybe figure out what’s wrong.”
Apart from writing Tripling 3, Sumeet has also acted in a major role throughout the series. He plays one of the lead characters.
Sumeet is seen in the role of the eldest brother among the three siblings. He is seen as the sensible Chandan.
The other two siblings include Maanvi Gagroo’s Chanchal and Amol Parashar’s Chitwan. All the characters have their own charm but it is Chitwan that people have loved over the years, followed by the two.
The latest season explores the divorce of the siblings’ parents, played by Shehnaz Patel and Kumud Mishra. Kunal Roy Kapoor is also a part of the series in the role of Chanchal’s husband, Pranav.
Tripling 3 is now available for streaming on Zee5. The show went online on October 21, 2022.
