Said to be a ‘A story of homecoming’, Sutliyan will also feature Ayesha Raza, Shiv Pandit, Vivaan Shah and Plabita Borthakur

Filmmaker Shree Narayan Singh is set to make his digital debut. He will be directing the original series titled Sutliyan, which will be streaming on ZEE5.
The popular streaming platform announced the news yesterday through its official social media handle. They used photographs from the sets where the actors are holding the clapboard for the announcement.
The series will follow adults as they return to their childhood home in Bhopal a few days before Diwali. The show is said to be a family drama which will also involve some emotional turmoil, humour and sibling camaraderie.
The series will feature Ayesha Raza, Shiv Pandit, Vivaan Shah and Plabita Borthakur among others.
The official synopsis for the show reads, “As they meet after years, trying to come to terms with situations, they are burdened with emotional baggage from the past and unresolved conflicts in relationships as they undergo the challenging, yet necessary journey of emotional and spiritual cleansing.”
The show is produced by Producers Karan Raj Kohli and Viraj Kapur, who intend to show people the importance of home and family through the show.
Singh is best known for directing the 2017 commercial hit comedy drama Toilet: Ek Prem Katha starring Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar.
The show is currently under production and is expected to start streaming on ZEE5 later this year.
