Michael Gandolfini joins the cast of Daredevil: Born Again

The highly anticipated soft reboot of the Daredevil TV series titled, Daredevil: Born Again has added Michael Gandolfini, son of TV legend James Gandolfini. It’s being speculated that he will essay the role of an ambitious new character from Staten Island. Gandolfini is one of the first new cast members announced for the series, with Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio set to reprise their roles as arch-enemies Daredevil and Wilson Fisk.

Mike Flanagan and Trevor Macy sign a deal with Amazon

A good horror movie is hard to resist and there have been many bone-chilling films and shows premiering back to back in recent years. The filmmaking duo Mike Flanagan and Trevor Macy have signed a new exclusive deal with Amazon Studios. The deal with Amazon is supposedly a multi-year one with the duo developing and producing projects exclusively on Prime Video. This deal was finalised as soon as their previous deal with Netflix came to an end.

The Mandalorian season 3 will premiere soon

Disney announced the release date of the fan-favourite Disney+ series The Mandalorian at last night’s CCXP 2022 Marvel and Star Wars Panel. The third season will be available for streaming from March 1, 2023. The next Star War project to hit the streaming service is the animated series The Bad Batch on January 4. The Mandalorian became immensely popular when it debuted a few years ago with Jon Favreau at the helm and Pedro Pascal essaying the titular character.

Cynthia Erivo will star in the new series Raising Wild For Apple TV+

Two-time Oscar nominee Cynthia Erivo has signed on a new project with Apple TV+. The well-known actor is set to star in an upcoming thriller series Raising Wild in which Renée Zellweger will serve as an executive producer. It has been revealed that Erivo will portray a neuropsychologist who gets accused of fraud and kidnapping. She tries to discover the truth of whether she is a victim or a genuine threat to society.

Robert De Niro to Lead Political Thriller Series 'Zero Day' at Netflix

Academy Award-winner Robert De Niro will be portraying the lead role in a television series for the first time with the political thriller series Zero Day. Created by Eric Newman and Noah Oppenheim, the show is currently in production under Netflix. The limited series will star the Hollywood legend as a former U.S. President.

'Transformers: Rise of the Beasts' Adds Peter Dinklage, Liza Koshy, and More to Cast

Transformers fans are ecstatic after the announcement of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, the first movie of a trilogy inspired by the Beast Wars storyline and it is also a direct sequel to the 2018 film Bumblebee. The film stars Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Luna Lauren Vélez and Michelle Yeoh, and joining them will be Peter Dinklage as the voice of Scourge, Liza Koshy as the voice of Arcee, John DiMaggio as the voice of Stratosphere, and David Sobolov as Rhinox/Battletrap. Peter Cullen is reprising his role as the voice of Optimus Prime.

Guillermo del Toro Plans to Adapt 'The Mountain of Madness' in Stop Motion

Guillermo del Toro’s eight-part anthology series, Cabinet of Curiosities, opened a whole new avenue of the horror genre to new audiences. And his most recent project Pinocchio has also received widespread acclaim. For his next project, the Academy Award-winning filmmaker has revealed his desire to make an animated feature on HP Lovecraft’s The Mountain of Madness.
