Gauri Khan infuses life into Karan Johar’s Mumbai home: WATCH VIDEO

Celebrity interior designer Gauri Khan is a natural when it comes to infusing life to already-plush homes of Bollywood A-Listers. And the latest home to get a makeover from the first lady of tinsel town is none other than filmmaker Karan Johar.

Recently, Gauri Khan redesigned the filmmaker’s Mumbai home and incorporated big plants and lamps and couches to make Karan Johar’s home look prettier.

On Wednesday, Gauri Khan gave her Instagram followers a glimpse into the freshly remodeled home of the filmmaker through a video clip she shared on her feed.

Interior designer Gauri Khan took fans inside the revamped Mumbai home of filmmaker Karan Johar. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Gauri posted a brief video clip giving glimpses inside Karan's house.

The video sees Karan Johar and Gauri Khan seated on blue-and-white couches with a center table placed in front of them. A lamp and a potted plant were placed between the couches facing an open window.

Gauri Khan was then seen sitting on a blue sofa while Karan stood behind her leaning on the sofa. A glass window was seen near a table that had a lamp on top.

The video ends with the word Johar written on a wall. Two chairs were placed on the opposite ends of the sofa with a huge potted plant between them. Again, a center table was set next to a lamp. A mirror hung from the wall next to the map. A cabinet with plants and a signature lamp was also shown in the video.

"Welcome to my home Gauri, all because of you. Love it, love it. Can't wait to move in," Karan Johar said in the video. The duo, who are also close friends, looked stylish in the video with Gauri wearing a blue blazer, a printed white skirt and a pair of sneakers. Karan Johar was in black: a hoodie teamed with a pair of trousers. He completed the look with a pair of yellow sneakers.

Gauri captioned the video post as:

"One of my most cherished projects… this one was dear to my heart because of all that it brought with it… and of course, it represents the OG in the world of glamour - @karanjohar." Reacting to the post, Karan said, "My home is all YOU!! Couldn’t have asked for a more aesthetic force than you! The best you are Gauri! Love you! (red heart emoji)."

In anoher news, Karan Johar is making his comeback as film director after seven years with his next Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani starring Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Ranveer Singh, and Alia Bhatt. The film is set to release in theatres on April 28, 2023.
