Hinted previously
The news comes two days after Tihar jailor Deepak Sharma hinted that there’s some good news and people should believe in system. Whether he hinted to believe in the justice system or Elvish, who calls himself Systum, is still unclear. Deepak had asked people to not believe the rumours and have faith that things will turn out for better for Elvish. He had been going viral earlier in the day for a similar reason.
Why bail is tough for Elvish
Section 29 of the Wildlife Act deals with drug-related conspiracies like buying and selling. Bail is not easily granted in such cases. Reportedly, Elvish has admitted to smuggling snake venom in the said party in Noida. He had earlier confessed that Bollywood singer Fazilapuria was the supplier of the snakes.
