No, you did not hear that wrong. The Kapil Sharma Show is indeed coming back and it is coming sooner than expected. Surprised? So are we.

Kapil and the members of The Kapil Sharma Show are currently in North America, performing on stage. While they are entertaining the Americans, Indians also need to embrace the thought that TV’s most loved show is coming back.

TellyChakkar has reported that The Kapil Sharma Show will return to TV. They have exclusively reported that this show will be back on Indian small screens in – wait for it – September. Now that’s just two months away, even lesser.

Want to hear some more exciting news? The show will have new cast members joining them. Yeah, read that again. The family is growing bigger and (hopefully) better.

Apart from Kapil, The Kapil Sharma Show featured Krushna Abhishek, Chandan Prabhakar, Sumona Chakravarty, Kiku Sharda and Bharti Singh. Archana Puran Singh stepped in as the judge of the show. She replaced Navjot Singh Sidhu and became as instantly popular.

While Tellychakkar has reported that The Kapil Sharma Show will be making a comeback, a report in May suggested that the show might have come to an end. That media report claimed that the show was in its last season and that has ended and thus, the journey for TKSS ended with that.

Fans have loved the show over the years and The Kapil Sharma Show remained the most-viewed show on TV for the longest time. Thus, it would make sense to bring the show back. However, all we can do is wait for the official confirmation.
