The fact that a veteran actor like Kamal Haasan trusted a barely three-film-old director Lokesh Kanagaraj to helm his upcoming home production Vikram was a piece of news that filled several film enthusiasts with happiness and excitement. A brief glimpse into Vikram released later featuring a bad-ass Kamal Haasan was just the icing on the cake. The makers Raaj Kamal Films International pulled off a casting coup of sorts soon, roping in Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil for the film. Much to the joy of many Kamal fans awaiting an update on the action bonanza, team Vikram released its first look today, featuring its three leading men.
"Only valour should wear the crown. I dare again to render before you the best of our talents. Like before, grant us victory!! Vikram ....விக்ரம்," wrote Kamal Haasan sharing the poster across his social media handles. Vijay Sethupathi rocking his grey-bearded look, Fahadh Faasil looking sharp and screaming intensity with his dubious one-eyed glance in addition to Kamal Haasan's 'I mean business' expression, the poster left fans craving for more.
Anirudh Ravichander composes music for this much-anticipated collaboration, whose action sequences are being choreographed by KGF-fame Anbariv. Girish Gangadharan cranks the camera for the same and the dialogues are being penned by Rathna Kumar besides the director himself. The female lead of the film hasn't been announced yet. Kamal's earlier film Indian 2 has been in the news for the legal tussle between its director Shankar and production house Lyca Productions over its indefinite delay.
