Here’s when Suriya40's first look will be out!

#Suriya40, the 40th film of actor Suriya, produced by Sun Pictures, has him collaborating with director Pandiraj. Composer D. Imman scores the music for this venture. The motion poster of the film was released by the makers today. But there’s more good news for fans. The first look of the untitled film will be out on July 22 at 6 pm.

Suriya was last seen in Sudha Kongara’s critically acclaimed Soorarai Pottru, in which he played Nedumaaran Rajangam a.k.a Maara. He played the role of an Indian Air Force captain who wants to make flight travel affordable to the poor. The film, released on Amazon Prime Video, received praise from filmmakers and critics equally.

Director Pandiraj debuted with Pasanga which immediately became a big hit. The film starred many child actors and surprised the viewer with its rustic freshness. He then delivered hits like Namma Veetu Pillai and Kadaikutty Singam starring Sivakarthikeyan and Karthi respectively. Expectations are naturally high as Suriya and the Pasanga director join hands.

D. Imman is also working on Rajnikanth’s Annathe, Vijay Sethupathi’s Laabam among many films. Imman and the director Pandiraj had earlier collaborated for Namma Veettu Pillai. D.Imman last composed music for the Tamil fantasy-action film Teddy starring Arya.
