HIT-The First Case: Rajkummar Rao's first appearance from his forthcoming film will send shivers down your spine

HIT-The First Case, directed by Sailesh Kolanu, is a crime thriller starring Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra in lead roles.

The film's makers released its first look on Saturday. The cast and director also released a 38-second teaser which offers a glimpse into Rajkummar's appearance from the film.

Fans swamped the actor's post with comments soon after the captivating teaser was unveiled.

HIT is a remake of the Telugu film of the same name, starring Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma. The plot revolves around a police officer on the quest for a missing woman.

Rajkummar and Sanya will appear on screen together for the first time in this flick. Bhushan Kumar, Dil Raju, Krishan Kumar, and Kuldeep Rathore have produced the film under T-Series and Dil Raju Productions. Its production began in September last year.

Rajkummar debuted in Bollywood in 2010 with the film Love Sex Aur Dhoka. He later appeared in a number of films, including Kai Po Che, Bareilly Ki Barfi, NewTon, Trapped, Stree, and several others. The actor has also received a National Award and numerous other accolades for his performances in many movies.

He will soon be seen alongside Janvi Kapoor in Mr and Mrs Mahi, Stree 2 and Anubhav Sinha's Bheed.

Sanya, who has had successes like Ludo, Pagglait, and Badhaai Ho, will next be seen in the Netflix original film Kathal with Anant Joshi. She will also appear in Jawan which has Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara playing leads.
