Iman expresses her gratitude after meeting her hero

As it seems, Iman Chakraborty’s dream was fulfilled on June 21, World Music Day, and she is elated. It was her fangirl moment as she met Gulzar. She shared a glimpse of the moment with her fans on social media.

In the post, Gulzar is seen standing between Iman and her husband, Nilanjan. The legendary poet and lyricist was seen in his conventional white kurta pajama. Iman posted the picture and wrote, “Some days are like a dream. Yesterday right after our performance for @sourendrosoumyojit’s world music day concert at the @biswa_bangla auditorium. I can’t thank enough both of my brothers for giving me this opportunity. More pictures are coming soon. Blessed.”

On June 21, 14 artists performed at Biswa Bangla Auditorium. Sharmila Tagore, Sweta Mohan, Gulzar, Pt Ajay Chakraborty, Rupam Islam, Rekha Bhardwaj, Srabani Sen, Papon, Arnob, Iman, Mohit Chauhan, Harsh Neotia, and Parvati Das Baul were present there. The singers sang the Tagore song Ananda Loke Mangala Loke in chorus. The video was shared by Raj Chakraborty.
