One star whom we can call the busiest actor in the country would be Akshay Kumar. The actor moves on from one project to another in a jiffy and almost always has more than three films released in a year. Currently, the actor has about seven films in his kitty, out of which he has wrapped a few while others are on their way to completion. Akshay is currently gearing up for the promotion of his soon-to-be-released film, Bachchhan Paandey.
During a recent media group interaction, OTTplay asked Akshay if it's easier for him to detach from the role, knowing that he jumps from one film to another. To which the star replied, "I don't take it seriously. At the end of the day, it's called 'acting'. I'm not that kind of an actor who gets involved so much that I'm unable to take myself out of it."
On being quizzed about how he gets back into the skin of the same character after so many years, he cites the example of his iconic role as Raju in the Hera Pheri franchise. Akshay quipped, "You watch the movie once and you're back in the role."
Meanwhile, talking about Bachchhan Paandey, the film directed by Farhad Samji also features Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi, and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles.
Whereas Pankaj Tripathi, Prateik Babbar, Sanjay Mishra, Abhimanyu Singh, Snehal Daabbi, and Saharsh Kumar Shukla are in pivotal roles,
The storyline of Bachchhan Paandey was going to be a remake of the Tamil film Veeram, but the producers changed the storyline to create something new. The film, on the other hand, is a remake of the Tamil film Jigarthanda, according to later sources.
Bachchhan Paandey is slated for release on March 18, 2022, on the occasion of Holi.
