Janhit Mein Jaari: Teaser shows Nushrratt Bharuccha’s profession making her life difficult, trailer out on THIS date

Nushrratt Bharuccha is gearing up for the release of Janhit Mein Jaari, which will bring her back to the big screen for the first time as a solo lead. The social comedy unveiled its teaser today, and shows a glimpse into the important topic it addresses.

The teaser introduces us to her character, a saleswoman who sends condoms. Her profession makes her life more than a little difficult as her family is seen having to face questions about her career. Nushrratt shared the teaser on her official social media handles and part of the post’s caption reads, “Arey bhaiya, toh isme problem kya hai? 🤔 Ek womaniya sab pe bhaari; yeh suchna hai #JanhitMeinJaari”. The film’s trailer will be released tomorrow, on May 6, Friday.

In addition to Nushrratt, the upcoming film also features Anud Singh Dhaka, Tinnu Anand, Vijay Raaz, and Paritosh Tripathi in pivotal roles. Jai Basantu Singh has directed the film, which has been produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Vishal Gurnani, Raaj Shaandilyaa, Vimal Lahoti, Shradha Chandavarkar, Bunty Raghav and Rajesh Raghav. It is co-produced by Juhi Parekh Mehta. Raaj and Nushrratt have earlier collaborated in the 2019 film, Dream Girl, directed by the former.

Janhit Mein Jaari will be released in theatres on June 10, 2022.

Meanwhile, Nushrratt’s last film in which she featured as a solo lead was Vishal Furia’s Chhorii, which was released on Amazon Prime Video. Nushrratt will also appear in the film’s sequel. The actress currently has Ram Setu, Selfiee and Googly in the pipeline. In Ram Setu and Selfiee, she will share the screen with Akshay Kumar. Her co-star in Googly is Ayushmann Khurrana, whom she will be collaborating with again after Dream Girl.
