Delhi is welcoming the G20 Summit in a few days. This big event clashes with another big event – the release of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. Jawan release is celebrated all across India and is make big news. However, it looks like some business of the film will be affected in the capital of India since four major theatres will be closed owing to G20 Summit.
Central Delhi remains shut
There are many restrictions in travel during G20 summit. This includes various places being shut, especially in Central Delhi. The summit is happening in Pragati Maidan. Among them are four major PVR theatres. These include PVR Plaza, Rivoli, Odeon and ECX Chanakyapuri. Thus, there will be no Box Office business for Jawan on the given days.
SRK’s birthplace
Shah Rukh Khan was born in Delhi. He then shifted to Mumbai with the aim of becoming a superstar. SRK steadily built his net worth and currently, he owns one of the most expensive houses in Mumbai – Mannat – opposite Bandstand.

SRK was at the peak of stardom back in the 90s. He ruled hearts and proved himself as one of the greatest actors to ever be born through his varied roles in the era. These include Darr, DDLJ, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Baazigar and the likes.
Currently, the actor is back in action through his role in Pathaan. His next film of the year, Jawan, is just a day away from release. The movie has already set the benchmark to becoming one of the highest grossing movies of the year. It is likely to open to Rs. 60-100 crores at the Box Office and if that continues over the weekend, Jawan can easily beat Pathaan’s lifetime Box Office collection.
Jawan is directed by Atlee and features Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role(s). He will be seen in a double role. The movie also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra in big roles. Deepika Padukone makes a special appearance in the film which is slated to release in theatres on September 7.
