India's production giant Yash Raj Films is all set to celebrate the 50 glorious years of entertaining audiences worldwide with its most special film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar. YRF will kickstart the series of celebrations by unveiling the banner of the Ranveer Singh starrer movie. 

After a long unwanted await due to the pandemic, the production house is ready for a huge list of content to showcase to the audience, one of which is Jayeshbhai Jordaar. 

The highly-anticipated movie is set to present a new brand of hero and heroism that is rare in Indian cinema. Filmmaker Divyang Thakkar is debuting as a director with Ranveer's upcoming comedy-drama movie.

A source closer to the production recently revealed in a statement that Aditya Chopra wants to celebrate 50 years of YRF in a grand way with a list of phenomenal movies that are anticipated in near future including Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Prithviraj, Shamshera, Pathaan, Tiger and a few unannounced ones.

"YRF was clear that if the festivities have to restart, it needs to begin with a project that will get universal love. They are confident that Ranveer Singh in and as the unlikely hero Jayeshbhai Jordaar, will steal people’s hearts and they want this euphoria to kickstart the YRF50 activities." the source added.

The source also mentioned that post-pandemic, Yash Raj Film's main motto is to bring all the movie-buffs back to the theatres to watch the blockbusters of their favourite superstars including Ranveer, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.

Jayeshbhai Jordaar, which is produced by Maneesh Sharma, is all set to hit the theatres on May 13.
