The promotions for the upcoming family entertainer JugJugg Jeeyo is in full flow. Starring Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advai, Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, the movie has become a much-anticipated release. Neetu Kapoor has now stated that women will love her role in JugJugg Jeeyo.

In an interview with First Post, the actor was asked how she finds the young generation of actors and how it was working with Varun and Kiara. She said that the two actors are “amazing” and that viewers will be shocked when they see one particular scene in the movie.

“This film is such that every generation will identify with it. Every husband is like a Bheem (played by Anil Kapoor), every wife is like Geeta (played by Neetu Kapoor), and what today’s young women think is what Kiara is playing. Varun’s character is also very interesting,” said Neetu Kapoor.

Kapoor also added that women will love her role in the family entertainer and that it is amazing how the movie’s script has been written.

JugJugg Jeeyo marks Kapoor’s return to the big screen after the 2013 movie Besharam, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor and the late Rishi Kapoor. JugJugg Jeeyo also stars Prajakta Koli, and Manish Paul in important roles.

The movie’s makers released its official trailer a few weeks back, and it was received with love by the fans. The trailer has over 42 million views on YouTube. The trailer hints at a fun family entertainer that will revolve around a family and the events that take place as they meet for an event.

The movie, which is helmed by Raj Mehta, is set to hit theatres around the country on June 24.
