Jugjugg Jeeyo song Rangisari: Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani can't take their hands off each other in the sensuous track

One of the most anticipated songs from Jugjugg Jeeyo is finally out. The track Rangisari, which created a storm on Instagram reels a few months back, has got its film version picturised on the lead actors, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani. The song is too sensuous and foot-tapping at the same time, wherein both the actors can't take their hands off each other. 

Kanishk Seth and Kavita Seth, the original singers of the track, have crooned the track, and it's soothing to one's ears. They have composed the music, and Kanishk has penned the lyrics for the beautiful song.

The picturisation is set against the backdrop of Holi and both Varun and Kiara are dancing their hearts out. Both have matched up their steps so well that it's truly unmissable.

During the 2020 lockdown, singer-composer Kavita collaborated with her younger son Kanishk to produce Rangi Saari, a contemporary adaptation of late classical vocalist Shobha Gurtu's iconic thumri. While it took some time to catch on, it became a social media craze this year, with actors, influencers, and ordinary people jumping on board to create films and reels with the tune playing in the background.

Kavita revealed that she spent no money promoting the song, which makes its popularity all the more remarkable. She told Hindustan Times that it gained more popularity this year during Diwali when a few Bollywood actors produced reels on it. It taught her that money alone can not achieve anything. It may be possible to buy likes, but if a song is truly great, it will undoubtedly spread naturally.

Starring Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Maniesh Paul, and Prajakta Koli, Jugjugg Jeeyo is directed by Raj Mehta. The story is by Anurag Singh and the film is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta. 

Jugjugg Jeeyo is slated for release on June 24, 2022.
