Kamal Haasan writes a letter to Lokesh Kanagaraj; Vikram director calls it lifetime settlement!

The team of Kamal Haasan's Vikram has been basking in the success of the film, which has opened in theatres in a big way. The shows of Vikram continue to run to packed houses and fans are continuing to soak in the excitement. The latest we hear is that Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan himself has sent a handwritten letter to the film's director Lokesh Kanagaraj. 

In the letter Kamal wrote that this was a personal letter and hence he didn't add the salutation 'Thiru' in the beginning of the letter, while addressing Lokesh's name. He said that he has immense respect for Lokesh's achievements, and passion, which will continue as always in public.

"I have always wished that my fans be disctint, which has been termed as greedy by my critics. But for a leading fan to also be a leading talent in the industry is something lot more than what I had wished."

He also advised Lokesh to not trust anyone who says there are no words to congratulate you. You Tube has a whole dictionary of words in your praise. Always be aware, distinct and hungry.

Lokesh, who shared the letter on his social media page, called it a lifetime settlement. He wrote, "“Life time settlement letter” Words can’t express how emotional I’m feeling reading this! Nandri Andavarey @ikamalhaasan 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 (sic)."

Lokesh had recently shared on his social media handle that he has been overwhelmed by the love he has been receiving for Vikram. "I haven’t been this emotional ever.The acceptance u’ve showed #Vikram and me has been so overwhelming.I don’t know how i’m gonna repay you guys for all this love.Ever grateful to @ikamalhaasan sir and my amazing people. So moved. Love you all 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 (sic)." To which Kamal Haasan had replied, "The only way you can do any debt management with a loving audience is to never become complacent. Do honest back breaking work, they love and respect that. My energy comes from their love.All power to your endeavors. RKFI will proudly support you like we did this time. Rock on (sic)."
